What I wish I could say

Working in the mental health field, I am not only an advocate for children, but also I am a mandated reporter. Often, I hear secondhand information and deal with the after effects of what molesters and lax parents have allowed to happen to their children. The effects of this abuse are lifelong and deeply bound. These are the words I wish I could express to those people. I am proud of this judge and I feel like this is worth sharing. It's not my normal, cynical take on the world. It gives me hope in humanity.
